Hatzidakis Winery

If Santorini had more winegrowers like Haridimos Hatzidakis, then viticulture on the island could bet on a much brighter future. Hatzidakis was one of those winemakers who work with knowledge and vision to make Santorini wines in a post-modern style. He made traditional wines through an experimental and ambitious lense. It is very sad and unfair that Haridimos is no longer with us. However, his children continue his work and it is our honor that we are with them.
